TL;DR
Junior Client Solution Architect (Retail): Serving as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region, managing requirement gathering, project delivery, and data-driven solution alignment. Focus on building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal operations teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for consumer intelligence solutions.
Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
Compensation: PLN 7,500 - PLN 8,000 monthly.

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for DACH region clients, managing requirements, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange and project alignment.
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor progress through to delivery.
- Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for more robust database production.
- Coordinate quality checks with BAU teams to ensure high-precision solution delivery.
Requirements
- German language proficiency is a must.
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively across different teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
