What you will do

• Lead Agentic AI readiness assessments, maturity evaluations, and workflow analysis for clients' SDLC.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases to create measurable business value.
• Guide clients through a structured adoption journey from kickoff to scale-out.
• Enable delivery teams through hands-on coaching, workshops, and the creation of playbooks.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's Agentic Engineering methodology and consulting assets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania.
• Proven experience as an Architect and in customer-facing consulting, discovery, and enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, SDLC practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, GenAI tools, and AI-assisted engineering within the SDLC.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and structured thinking.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and actionable outcomes.
