Location: Kraków (Hybrid)

Salary: 202,000–302,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Monitor technical health signals and platform indicators to proactively identify systemic risks.
  • Deliver reactive technical guidance for performance, latency, and platform concerns.
  • Provide high-level oversight for large project tickets, data migrations, and complex matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor support trends and customer self-escalation patterns to drive improvements.
  • Deliver templated, automated technical guidance aligned with the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role supporting enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with complex SaaS, IaaS, and/or hybrid environments.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Kraków in a hybrid capacity.
