What you will do

• Serve as hirify.global functional SME in partner-led implementations, guiding advanced configurations and specialized module requirements.
• Implement and expand hirify.global modules for existing clients via Value Added Services, including configuring and testing across concurrent engagements.
• Design creative, out-of-the-box solutions for unique client and partner challenges and measurable business value.
• Lead client and partner meetings, drive issues to resolution, and support UAT and go-live for smooth transitions and adoption.
• Deliver client training for end-users, admins, and power users; create training agendas, materials, and best-practice guidance.
• Manage high-volume workload, prioritize effectively, maintain timesheets, and proactively communicate availability, risks, and status.

Requirements

• Location: Remote Mexico.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; this role supports US-based clients and implementation partners.
• 5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, TMS implementations, professional services, or related consulting roles.
• Proven delivery of high-impact client engagements requiring deep functional expertise in treasury, payments, or risk.
• Knowledge or experience in Payments and Risk Management (primary focus), plus familiarity with areas such as FX exposure management, hedge accounting, cash management/forecasting, connectivity, GL, and ERP integrations.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
