What you will do

• Collaborate with European clients to understand business needs and define tailored analytical solutions.
• Develop methodologies to address core business problems and deliver high-impact presentations.
• Manage and provide leadership to a small team of market analysts to ensure delivery quality.
• Partner with Sales teams locally and globally to identify and develop new advisory capabilities.
• Monitor macro trends in the automotive industry to propose new strategic service areas and author industry articles.
• Perform QA on reports to ensure standards exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing management/strategy, product marketing, or volume/sales planning within the automotive industry.
• University degree in DB analysis, quantitative analysis, statistics, mathematics, or business.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building management-level presentations.
• Must be based in Europe (preference for Spain, Portugal, Poland, or Czech Republic).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience working within automotive retail or leasing organizations.
• Previous experience in employee leadership of small or large teams.
