Salary: 86,100–122,600 PLN gross per year.

What you will do

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for corporate clients, managing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Translate client needs into actionable internal work orders and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and resolve quality issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for more robust database production.
• Participate in operational and escalation meetings to maintain alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively across different teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
• Proficiency in English is required for daily international collaboration.
