Fulfillment Associate, Document Management & Processing (Legal)

Salary: $27,700 - $46,450 USD

What you will do

• Receive, prepare, batch, and scan legal documents received via mail or process servers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and minimize customer impacts.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
• Use internal systems (ARROW), dashboards, and scanning tools for document management.
• Adhere to Service of Process standard operating procedures and production metrics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an office or customer service role.
• Must be based in Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and database navigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Registered Agent Services, Legal, or Government support.
• Experience with UPS Campus ship or Kodak Capture Pro - i5000.
