What you will do

• Receive and process inbound communications including medical charts, claims, faxes, and emails.
• Manage and categorize mail correspondence and match paperwork to specific accounts.
• Handle patient inquiries through a dedicated phone queue.
• Compile documents for lockbox processing and ensure daily mailing of claim forms.
• Maintain accurate records of returned mail and address discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (OnBase preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• High School Diploma or GED.
