What you will do

• Define and drive the North Star vision for the end-to-end remittance experience, from home screen through post-submit.
• Lead the navigation architecture and interaction language to simplify complex multi-step financial transactions.
• Serve as the embedded lead designer for the Transfer Flow squad and the UX leadership voice across multiple product surfaces.
• Mentor and coach designers across Global Design on craft, reframing problems, and elevating work quality.
• Translate customer research and quantitative signals into design decisions that improve conversion and trust.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and detailed designs ready for engineering handoff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped consumer mobile products at scale.
• Deep expertise in native mobile navigation patterns, information architecture, and complex transactional flows.
• Proven experience providing design leadership across multiple squads and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Expert-level Figma skills and fluency with complex prototyping and design systems.
• Experience designing for global audiences, including localization, accessibility, and RTL/LTR considerations.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Seattle office (2-3 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, or other high-trust consumer financial products.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI as a design tool to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and prototyping.
