Salary: $166,000–$195,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Use AI to explore problem spaces, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes.
• Drive end-to-end design of key features across the product ecosystem.
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research teams.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system.
• Set the standard for design craft and product excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual portfolio.
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech.
• Active use of AI in design workflows for problem-solving and execution.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to maintain scalable design systems.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.
• Ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
