Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 in Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 in Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design key features and experiences end to end across Robinhood’s product ecosystem.
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, identify edge cases, test ideas, and create early prototypes.
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research partners.
• Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems.
• Help raise the standard for design craft and product excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio.
• Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent industries.
• Experience taking products from concept through launch.
• Active use of AI and LLMs in the design workflow.
• Strong systems thinking and experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Ability to work from the Menlo Park or New York office with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.

• Prototyping and motion design skills.
