What you will do

• Define and evolve Product Design processes, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape overall product strategy and UX vision.
• Design cohesive end-to-end experiences for web applications, mobile apps, and Industrial IoT (IIoT).
• Create AI-powered experiences, including intelligent assistants, automation, and smart workflows.
• Lead customer research through interviews, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis to guide design.
• Mentor and coach Product Designers while helping build a high-performing design organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer at a product-driven technology company.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles.
• Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual, interaction, and user experience design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Storybook, and Jira.

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Background in designing AI-powered products or intelligent workflows.
