TL;DR

Staff Product Designer (Fintech): Defining the design vision and strategy for Prediction Markets with an accent on trading flows, engagement features, and platform expansion. Focus on solving complex, ambiguous design problems and driving high-leverage execution at the executive level.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (3 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $191,000–$225,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Define and drive the design vision and strategy for Prediction Markets across trading and engagement platforms.
  • Own complex, high-stakes design problems from initial framing to final delivery.
  • Partner with senior product, engineering, and operations leadership to influence the product roadmap.
  • Establish and scale design quality standards and frameworks across the team.
  • Synthesize business strategy and user research into measurable design outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience in complex consumer or fintech products.
  • Proven track record of leading 0→1 product initiatives and shaping new categories.
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from high-level strategy to detailed interaction design.
  • Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-augmented design workflows.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY at least 3 days per week.
