What you will do

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define and evolve the brand aesthetic across all touchpoints.
• Develop performant brand and marketing experiences, including landing pages, digital ads, and event collateral.
• Contribute to the design system, building token-based components and Figma-to-code workflows.
• Define AI fluency standards and implement generative tools to automate design workflows and asset generation.
• Advocate for creative quality and brand consistency in all reviews and cross-functional discussions.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of web and digital designs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of applied design experience in print, experiential, campaigns, and digital/web design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand vision, integrated campaigns, and systems thinking.
• Expertise in Figma, including contributing to design systems and creating complex components.
• Proficiency in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy) and UX/UI fundamentals.
• Experience and interest in using AI to drive innovation, experimentation, and brand governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, identity, security, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Webflow and frontend collaboration.
• Skills in illustration and motion graphics.
