What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for institutional investment management firms.
- Execute a consultative sales process targeting C-Suite executives at REITs, private equity, and investment banks.
- Generate new business and consistently achieve quarterly sales objectives.
- Research and map target organizations to identify key decision-makers and entry points.
- Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans.
- Collaborate with the product development team to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise-level SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling into the C-Suite within Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or Financial Services.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
