What you will do

• Create and maintain product training and technical learning content, ensuring accuracy with platform releases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical changes into instructional material.
• Produce developer-focused video content, including scripting, narration, and screen recordings.
• Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants and agency partners.
• Leverage AI tools and adult learning best practices to enhance the learner experience and efficiency.
• Manage training action plans and coordinate the administration of learning sessions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, product training, or developer education.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development using frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Experience with ehirify.global tools (SaaS, headless storefronts, POS, PIM, OMS, ERP, payment gateways).
• Technical proficiency with APIs (Postman) and front-end tools (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for hybrid work.
