Salary: $107,600 - $147,950

What you will do

• Collaborate with training leadership and stakeholders to design technical training content, frameworks, and curricula.
• Deliver and facilitate learning experiences for proprietary HIS software using asynchronous and synchronous methodologies.
• Assess employee skills using knowledge-based exams, practical simulations, and observations.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal Client Care teams, including Implementations and Support.
• Ensure all training materials comply with professional, quality, and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Master's degree in Instructional Design (or related field) with 3 years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in Technical Instructional Design.
• Hands-on experience with complex Hospital IT systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) or IT system administration and application support.

Nice to have

• Experience with health documentation, coding, medical CDI, or software security and networking.
• Familiarity with hirify.global HIS products.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training.
