What you will do

• Deliver hands-on and virtual training to biomedical engineers and technicians on ventilators, aspirators, and defibrillators.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for certifying partners and internal teams on device operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Create and maintain courseware content using LMS tools, PowerPoint, and multimedia software.
• Collaborate with technical support and video production teams to enhance training materials.
• Manage training equipment inventory and logistics for global programs.
• Assess and certify new trainers domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical trainer or service technician.
• Experience with mechanical ventilators as a technician or respiratory therapist.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Background in electronics or biomedical engineering.
• Proficiency in technical writing and classroom instruction.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual content to diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical expert role.
