What you will do

• Ensure on-time delivery of software, hardware, and documentation for test solutions to meet program goals.
• Establish KPIs and build tracking tools to ensure deliverables are on track and drive urgency across teams.
• Define team deliverables in alignment with company strategy and milestones.
• Coordinate complex projects between internal engineering teams and external contract manufacturers.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to manage resource allocation, headcount, and budgets.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware, or Software Engineering.
• 8+ years of industry experience in engineering or project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing testing for electronic assemblies.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and automotive suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, from engineers to senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Deep technical understanding of hardware, firmware, and automotive components.
• Proficiency with Jira, Gantt charts, and Google Suite.
