Salary: $150,000 - $202,400

What you will do
- Define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation to drive business and clinical outcomes.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey, especially for higher-acuity members.
- Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap in collaboration with data, design, and engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows.
- Utilize qualitative insights and behavioral data to refine product strategy and prioritization.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new techniques for engaging diverse member populations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience with a proven track record in user growth.
- Expert-level skills in hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and iterative development.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be based in Seattle, WA for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, or benefits technology.
- Experience working in a hypergrowth startup environment.
- Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, Iterable, and/or Eppo.
