Product Manager (Growth)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Growth): Leading product initiatives to scale user activation and retention with an accent on data-driven experimentation and roadmap development. Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid, 4 days/week in Chelsea office).

Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Own and lead product experiments across activation, onboarding, and retention.
• Define key metrics, build measurement foundations, and manage the data-to-product feedback loop.
• Ship features that drive user reliance on the platform.
• Translate insights from Healthcare Advocates into prioritized product hypotheses.
• Partner with marketing to optimize acquisition strategy and product surfaces.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Proven track record shipping product in a B2C growth context.
• Strong analytics foundation: experience writing SQL and designing experiments.
• Experience making measurement decisions and scoping work in ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work from the Chelsea office in New York City 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products where trust and friction are critical, particularly in healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences.
• Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier).
• Experience scaling growth loops from zero to one.
