What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies for UpToDate Expert AI, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and activation.
• Optimize user discovery and onboarding across web, mobile, and EHR channels to reduce friction.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and product to achieve shared growth OKRs.
• Implement measurement frameworks and use cohort analysis and experimentation to drive data-informed decisions.
• Analyze clinician behaviors and barriers to AI adoption to refine product value delivery.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience with a focus on growth and user engagement.
• Proven track record of improving user adoption and activation metrics.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Waltham, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or clinical decision support.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM-based product features.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments like HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
