Salary: $140K – $180K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead AI-driven strategic projects focusing on growth and case automation.
• Translate complex operational workflows into structured, executable plans from diagnosis through delivery.
• Partner with product, engineering, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Build analytical and operational frameworks to measure project effectiveness.
• Act as a key interface between execution teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on initiatives that span multiple team roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or product.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to clear outputs.
• Strong communication skills for writing crisp memos and presenting to leadership.
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, low-process startup environment.
• Must be based in New York City for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other complex regulated domains.
• Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier).
• Background in AI or intelligent workflow products.
