What you will do

• Lead the definition and execution of platform product strategy, including APIs, external integrations, and developer tools.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering and roadmap planning to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable solutions while balancing technical debt, security, and performance.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and business development to support go-to-market strategies and enterprise client engagements.
• Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) using data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Ensure accessibility, compliance, and usability standards, including adherence to HIPAA and CMS guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within health tech, SaaS, or complex platform environments.
• 3+ years of experience in home healthcare or related healthcare technology solutions strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, platform strategy, and API-driven product development.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare technology (HIPAA, interoperability standards).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
