Salary: $210,000 - $300,000 a year

What you will do

• Act as an advisor for airports, coordinating with staff, contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement capital programs tailored to the unique operational characteristics of airport environments.
• Manage the coordination of multiple projects across both preconstruction and construction phases.
• Proactively identify construction interfaces and mitigate risks during project execution.
• Assess contractor schedules, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Ensure projects are executed and delivered within the established budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of professional experience in construction or project management.
• Proven experience in Airport terminal design and construction.
• Fundamental knowledge of aviation, airport operations, and airline management.
• Significant experience with the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method.
• Proficiency with Project Controls software.

Nice to have

• PE license.
• PMP, CCM, and/or AIA certifications.
