What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex engineering projects by managing resources, risks, and technical baselines.
• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure project milestones are met with precision and quality.
• Facilitate technical review meetings, document findings, and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Management, scheduling, and Risk/Issue/Opportunity processes.
• Create, manage, track, and report project spending.

Requirements

• BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or equivalent roles.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, with an emphasis on Confluence and Jira.
• Experience in both traditional and agile project methodologies.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.

Nice to have

• Configuration Management background.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Familiarity with gas turbine design or additive manufacturing techniques (specifically metal AM).
