Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Tampa, FL office (Hybrid)
Compensation: $83,700 base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $163,700.

What you will do
- Manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from initial prospecting to contract closing.
- Develop and execute a territory marketing and networking plan to engage the local entrepreneur community.
- Conduct proactive cold outreach using market research and sales tools.
- Communicate the value proposition of the platform effectively to potential customers.
- Advocate internally for product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Travel within the Tampa territory (approx. 25%) for networking and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a complete, consultative sales cycle.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation within SaaS, PEO, or Fintech.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Demonstrated success in cold-calling and hunter-style sales.
- Must be located in or able to commute to Tampa, FL.

- Experience with Outreach.io, Hubspot, 6Sense, or Hoovers/D&B.
