Location: Lawton, Oklahoma. Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $45,500 - $84,500 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites to ensure business alignment.
• Coordinate and execute software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, firmware, and hardware.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Provide post-installation support to maintain system stability and customer satisfaction.
• Document technical processes and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking.
• Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Eligible to acquire Tribal Gaming Licenses.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of clustered servers, containers (Kubernetes), and SAN environments.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco.
• Previous experience in casino or gaming environments.
