What you will do

• Implement scalable infrastructure and applications aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate systems and improve efficiency, performance, reliability, compliance, and security.
• Provide technical support for Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server and desktop operating systems, Entra ID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast, and Windows environments.
• Implement and maintain IAM, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access-request workflows.
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure costs, performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
• Automate routine tasks and deployments, and create technical documentation, procedures, and environment diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years of information technology, network, or systems administration experience.
• MCITP certification with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.
• Experience with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, switches, routers, firewalls, and ITIL methodology.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, independent work capability, and effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in large enterprise, training, or R&D environments.
• CCNA, Security+, or CISSP certification.
• Knowledge of project management approaches, procedures, and tools.
• Understanding of the current AI landscape and interest in emerging technologies.
