What you will do

• Lead the design and support of collaboration solutions within the M365 ecosystem.
• Implement best practices for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Develop and manage governance practices for Power Platform and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical and scalable productivity solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to a shift-left engineering culture.
• Maintain M365 environment security, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Experience designing and implementing Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in delivery-focused or agile environments.
• Familiarity with Copilot or other AI-enabled technologies.
• Must be based in the UK and able to travel to London on a monthly basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Knowledge of governance, security, or compliance practices.
• Interest in supporting and mentoring other engineers.
