What you will do

• Build storage services across Block, File, Parallel, and Object storage technologies.
• Operate and improve storage platforms to support scalable, resilient, and secure service delivery.
• Implement designs, architectures, and service improvements in partnership with senior engineers and technical leaders.
• Support the delivery of storage capabilities aligned to hirify.global platform standards.
• Monitor service health, performance, and capacity across the storage estate.
• Contribute to service reliability through automation, tooling, documentation, and process optimisation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Storage Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Platform Engineer role, ideally in cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or distributed systems environments.
• Good working knowledge of storage concepts and technologies across one or more of Block, File, Parallel, and Object storage.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure or platform services with a focus on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code approaches for managing platforms and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical, service, performance, and operational issues in a structured and methodical way.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, AI, HPC, data-intensive, or performance-sensitive environments would be advantageous.
