What you will do

• Provide advanced end-to-end IT support and act as escalation point for complex issues via deskside, phone, and remote channels.
• Own IT support queue, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous service improvements.
• Lead JML processes for seamless onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and PIM.
• Manage hardware estate (Windows, macOS, mobiles, AV) and IT asset lifecycle.
• Utilise ITSM for incidents, problems, root cause analysis, and knowledge sharing; implement automation and AI.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams on projects and rollouts; mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in advanced desktop support across on-site and remote environments, including escalations.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration with focus on security, identity, and optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL and experience in service delivery excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication at all organisation levels.
• Ability to mentor juniors and build high-performing support teams.
