What you will do

• Manage device lifecycles including procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping.
• Provide on-site IT and AV support for the London office to ensure equipment reliability.
• Act as the first point of contact for end-user support requests.
• Conduct IT onboarding calls for new employees.
• Develop automations and Slack bots to optimize repetitive operational tasks.
• Create and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides.

Requirements
