Salary: $97,200 - $179,900 Annual

What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day onsite IT operations and desktop support activities for the studio.
- Administer studio infrastructure, endpoints, and development hardware across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Partner with corporate IT to implement enterprise technology initiatives, standards, and security practices.
- Manage user identity, access controls (IAM), and hardware lifecycle management.
- Coordinate technical initiatives across multiple studio and satellite locations globally.
- Maintain office infrastructure, including workstations, meeting room technology, and cabling.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and user lifecycle management.
- Professional experience administering Linux systems.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and virtualization (KVM, Proxmox, or VMware).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with Entra, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), MECM, and Exchange.
- Proficiency with Jamf and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
- Scripting skills using PowerShell or other automation tools.
- Experience supporting development, creative production, or game studio environments.
