What you will do

• Provide full technical support for video game production, including game development support and dev kit management.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and directory services administration.
• Deploy and troubleshoot peripherals, VoIP phones, high-performance workstations, and conference room hardware.
• Administer group policies, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Deliver executive-level IT support for C-suite leadership.
• Collaborate with the Los Angeles-based IT team to implement studio-wide initiatives and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of IT support experience, strongly preferred within a video game, animation, or VFX studio.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously as the sole on-site IT resource.
• Experience deploying and supporting game development hardware and high-performance workstations.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including VPN, firewall, VLANs, and shared storage.
• Experience using directory and MDM systems, preferably Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency with Perforce and GitHub.
• Experience with automation and the deployment/management of AI tools.
