What you will do

• Administer and support the end-user compute environment for Windows and Mac, including MDM and hardware lifecycle management.
• Manage Perforce administration, including depot management, user permissions, and performance optimization for distributed teams.
• Plan and execute the migration of on-premises infrastructure to colocation facilities or cloud environments.
• Modernize and manage the identity and access stack using Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Develop and own the backup and disaster recovery strategy, including regular testing and restoration.
• Oversee network infrastructure, firewall configurations, and manage external MSP and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
• Hands-on experience with Perforce administration.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS endpoint management (MDM).
• Experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, firewalls, and Linux server administration.

Nice to have

• Experience within a game studio or creative production environment.
• Experience with Jenkins (CID infrastructure).
• Familiarity with console development hardware and platform security requirements.
• Exposure to security audits such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
