What you will do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, networking, and authentication issues.
- Provide high-quality support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, including mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and identity services across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities, including device deployment and employee training.
- Coordinate incident response efforts during major outages or critical business events.
- Develop technical documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT support or desktop support experience.
- Must be based in New Haven, CT.
- Proven experience providing white-glove support to C-suite executives.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Proficiency in administering identity and access management platforms.
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or travel to remote sites.
