Salary: $154,200 - $231,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proofs of value to align the DevSecOps platform with financial services' technical and regulatory needs.
• Drive the technical evaluation process as the DRI, including solution design, POV ownership, and workshop design.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape and execute account strategies for new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices within financial risk and governance frameworks.
• Act as the voice of enterprise financial services customers to Product Management and Engineering to inform the product roadmap.
• Create reusable technical collateral and best practice guidance tailored to the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, guiding organizations through solution design and evaluation.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end SDLC, modern DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, security, and operations.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (POC/POV), contribute to audits/tenders, and run value stream assessments.
• Must be based in the United States.
