Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 plus commission.

What you will do

  • Proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, and industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to pitching and contract execution.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape to communicate the unique value of the Wellpass platform.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Must be located in or available to work remotely in Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfort in cold calling.
  • Experience with Salesforce and email marketing tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
