Salary: $38,000 – $50,800 USD annually

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting into defined ICP accounts using email, phone, and social channels.
  • Research and enrich account data to identify key contacts and pain points.
  • Generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs) on a monthly basis.
  • Deliver context-rich handoffs to Account Executives with clear use cases and next steps.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and ensure accurate task tracking.
  • Partner with AEs to align outreach strategies and pipeline priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2–4 years of outbound sales or prospecting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Consistent execution of structured sales cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
  • High accountability to performance KPIs and conversion metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience building outbound programs or testing messaging strategies.
  • Understanding of qualification frameworks like SPIN, BANT, or MEDDPICC.
  • Previous experience as a Fitness Operator.
  • Passion for the Health & Fitness industry.
