What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships with fitness and wellness businesses within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a field-first approach with daily site visits and local event participation.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to final contract signature.
- Track activities, performance metrics, and pipeline progress consistently in Salesforce.
- Identify local market opportunities to align platform offerings with community demand.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue quotas.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of outbound field sales experience.
- Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 70β80% of the time, including regional multi-night trips.
- Existing knowledge or network within the fitness or wellness industries is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
