What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships with fitness and wellness businesses within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a field-first approach with daily site visits and local event participation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to final contract signature.
  • Track activities, performance metrics, and pipeline progress consistently in Salesforce.
  • Identify local market opportunities to align platform offerings with community demand.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue quotas.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including regional multi-night trips.
  • Existing knowledge or network within the fitness or wellness industries is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
