Product Manager IV (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Location: Remote in USA (preference for local candidates in Denver, CO, who may be required to be on site 3 days per month)

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives through the full lifecycle, from discovery and story mapping to delivery and backlog refinement.
• Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Research teams to conduct discovery and validate solutions through usability testing.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint and roadmap planning.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for improving business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment focusing on digital products.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate product vision to inspire teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating across technical, clinical, and executive stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience building healthcare technology products or working in regulated industries.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 product development from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and business case development.
• Experience supporting the delivery of both web and mobile applications.
