What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key senior living product areas.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by engaging directly with providers, caregivers, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for successful product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
• Experience in healthcare technology or senior care domains (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, particularly Azure.
