What you will do

• Translate company and portfolio strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to define value hypotheses and success metrics.
• Identify and validate opportunities to integrate AI into quoting, pricing, configuration, and design workflows.
• Own roadmap outcomes and release strategies, resolving cross-functional trade-offs with Engineering and GTM teams.
• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Ensure backlog readiness by creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy to delivery and adoption.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Deep understanding of agile development practices and iterative product delivery.
• Must be based in the United States (standard working hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET).

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, PLM, or CAD-related workflows and the Food Equipment Services (FES) industry.
• Exposure to AI-driven product features, machine learning models, or intelligent automation.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management frameworks (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute).
• Experience collaborating with global teams and managing distributed stakeholders.
