What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and product launches.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with development, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify market needs to drive product improvements.
• Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop product messaging, value propositions, and strategic communications for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of related work experience, preferably in hospital billing operations.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-level patient financial systems, scheduling, or registration software.
• Ability to define and manage complex processes using independent judgment.

Nice to have

• Revenue Cycle certifications.
• SAFe Agile experience.
• Software design experience in complex, multi-tasking, real-time, high-availability systems.
