Salary: $115,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth customer research and interviews to identify patient and practice friction points.
• Prioritize product development based on measurable outcomes such as increased bookings and improved patient retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch and iterate features.
• Develop durable product artifacts including PRDs, roadmaps, and strategy documents to align leadership.
• Analyze the dental tech competitive landscape to ensure the product remains ahead of the curve.
• Mentor the PM team and champion the voice of the patient in all product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping B2B software, ideally in healthcare or digital experience platforms.
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes (e.g., improved engagement, reduced manual tasks).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Strong instincts for customer discovery, validation, and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with engineers, executives, and customers.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Twilio or similar communications platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Point of view on LLM and automation leverage in healthcare workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
