What you will do

  • Define and own the comprehensive APJ demand marketing strategy to maximize pipeline across all segments from SMB to enterprise.
  • Execute post-sales marketing strategies focusing on increasing customer retention, adoption, and expansion through targeted loyalty programs.
  • Own the regional event strategy, including third-party events and hosted roadshows to drive community building and executive engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ professionals spanning regional, partner, and customer growth marketing.
  • Collaborate with Global Demand, Product Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure campaigns reflect local requirements.
  • Operationalize a "Human + AI" mindset by implementing system-level process design and workflow automation to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing specifically within the APJ region.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing regional budgets.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, inbound, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for marketing orchestration and content velocity.
  • Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid)
