What you will do
- Define and own the comprehensive APJ demand marketing strategy to maximize pipeline across all segments from SMB to enterprise.
- Execute post-sales marketing strategies focusing on increasing customer retention, adoption, and expansion through targeted loyalty programs.
- Own the regional event strategy, including third-party events and hosted roadshows to drive community building and executive engagement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ professionals spanning regional, partner, and customer growth marketing.
- Collaborate with Global Demand, Product Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure campaigns reflect local requirements.
- Operationalize a "Human + AI" mindset by implementing system-level process design and workflow automation to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing specifically within the APJ region.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing regional budgets.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, inbound, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools for marketing orchestration and content velocity.
- Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid)
