TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (at least 3 days per week in office)

An AI Customer Agent company developing Fin to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences through advanced AI models.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of curated and third-party events, including roadshows, sponsored programs, virtual events, and executive dinners.
  • Develop and lead executive marketing programs focused on engaging senior decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Design high-touch 1:1 and 1:few experiences to foster relationship-building and strategic conversations.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify target accounts, define goals, and drive pipeline generation and acceleration.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party partnerships and sponsored event opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Define KPIs, track results, and create repeatable frameworks and playbooks for regional event execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and influencing revenue through event programs.
  • Experience executing both owned (curated) and third-party (sponsored) events.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and targeting.
