What you will do

  • Manage the annual compensation setting process, including quota and plan configuration in CaptivateIQ.
  • Calculate and process monthly sales commissions, bonuses, and one-time incentive payments.
  • Maintain data integrity within the commission plan database and serve as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and HR to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations for commission accounting.
  • Research and resolve compensation disputes while providing clear analysis to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or Canada
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation within a SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of incentive plan structures, including bookings and revenue-based models.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume changes and work under ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex commission concepts clearly.
