Location: Remote (USA) or Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney — minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $108,400 – $146,600 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Compensation to design, model, and refine sales compensation plans and SPIFFs.
  • Manage end-to-end commission processing and audit cycles, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
  • Analyze attainment, payout, and pipeline data to surface insights and recommend changes to quota setting and territory construction.
  • Investigate and resolve commission inquiries from sales reps and managers to maintain trust within the GTM organization.
  • Lead process and system improvements for commission tooling and documentation to scale the function.
  • Prepare and validate sales data for payroll and maintain comprehensive documentation of plan logic.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, strategic finance, or management consulting.
  • Experience administering or designing commission plans for quota-carrying GTM teams in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills for scenario simulations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and experience with commission platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff, Forma.AI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
  • English: C1 proficiency required for presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
