What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end People function, including People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance, and Culture.
• Optimize the People function by streamlining workflows and applying AI and modern tech across operations and recruiting.
• Build and run manager training and coaching to equip leaders for managing distributed, remote teams.
• Maintain compliant People operations across ~165 people in nearly 30 countries using entities and EOR/PEO models.
• Refine compensation, equity, leveling, and benefits frameworks to ensure coherence across different geographies.
• Serve as a full member of the senior leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR with prior senior ownership of a full People function in a scaling global company.
• Must be based on the US East Coast (EST).
• Experience operating at the scale of a globally distributed company with multiple employment models (EOR/PEO).
• Track record of optimizing and elevating an existing People function, improving processes and systems.
• Hands-on command of multi-country employment compliance and payroll.
• Strong business acumen and experience leading through influence within a senior leadership team.

Nice to have

• Direct experience at a remote-first company operating at a similar scale.
• Demonstrated track record of using AI to meaningfully improve People workflows, efficiency, or analytics.
• Experience supporting a technical or engineering-heavy workforce.
